this is a scientifically accurate book that reveals what cats are thinking when they do those things they do. turns out that their thoughts are mostly mean and full of cussin’.

cats are in a constant state of aggression:

and things that appear to be cute and playful to the human eye are actually more rooted in impulses of conquest and domination.

cats do not just want a little nibble, they want it all.

and while you might misinterpret things like this as “wanting to be near mommy”

it’s more likely they just want your stuff

i know how that goes

basically, all you need to know is that if you live with a cat, it owns you. it always has. it always will. and if you’re lucky, it will wait until you’re dead before it eats you.

duty calls….

as a bonus – these are also postcards which you can use to share these truths with others around the world.

this feels gauche, but when i announced i was starting a blog, everyone assured me this is a thing that is done. i’m not on facebook, i’ve never had a cellphone or listened to a podcast; so many common experiences of modern life are foreign to me, but i’m certainly struggling financially, so if this is how the world works now, i’d be foolish to pass it up. any support will be received with equal parts gratitude and bewilderment.
